Josep Xargayó is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as a Senior Engineer at Angst+Pfister since 2019. Previous roles include Team Leader for Global Ford Motor Company B&C Car Suspension at RLE INTERNATIONAL Group from 2014 to 2018, and various technical positions at Ford Motor Company from 2006 to 2014, including Technical Consultant and Suspension Project Leader. Earlier in the career, Josep held leadership roles at Jaguar Land Rover and worked at Ford Motor Company and SEAT in design and control systems. Josep holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from ETSEIB (Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya) and completed a continuing professional development course in Hybrid Electrical Vehicles at Cranfield University.
