Ross Harper is an independent consultant with over 15 years of experience in the development, testing, deployment, and sales of detection equipment for NBC and explosives protection, currently operating through RossJHarper Consulting since March 2020. As the owner of Angry Scotsman Brewing, Ross manages a self-distributing craft brewery in downtown Oklahoma City since August 2012. Ross has held various positions at FLIR Systems from 2005 to 2020, including Director of Vertical Market Business Development, where a focus was on building strategic sales pipelines for CBRNE applications. Ross's earlier experience includes roles as a research assistant at Florida International University and a development chemist at ExxonMobil. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Chemistry from Florida International University and an MSci in Forensic & Analytical Chemistry from the University of Strathclyde.
