Gema Estrella Santiago Garrido is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in social media management, content creation, and quality control in the food service industry. Currently serving as a Social Media Manager at WeAreCentric since January 2020, Gema also collaborates on content creation at Cerodosbe and has been an Operations Control Auditor for ANGrup since February 2016. Gema founded Divinos Sabores, a gastronomic consultancy, and presided over Barcelona Travel Bloggers, the largest travel blogging association in Catalonia, from 2017 to 2020.
