Ariana Maharaj is an experienced professional in the fields of food science and quality control, currently serving as the Director on the Board of Directors for Angostura Group Employees’ Credit Union since May 2019. In addition, Ariana has been a Senior Lab Quality Analyst for New Product Development (NPD) and previously held the position of Quality Control Inspector at Angostura Limited since February 2014. As the Founder of Brillare since December 2015, Ariana has showcased expertise in beverage innovation. Past roles include Chairwoman and Secretary of the Supervisory Committee at Angostura Group Employees Credit Union and Lab Quality Analyst at Angostura Limited. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science (MSc) in Food Science and Technology along with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biochemistry and Biology, both obtained from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus.
