Nontobeko Masondo currently serves as the Global Onboarding/Offboarding Operations Manager at Anglo American Global Shared Services, a position held since December 2023. Since February 2020, Nontobeko has also been serving as HR Service Delivery Manager and Global Talent Acquisition Process & Performance Manager at Anglo American, where responsibilities include ensuring global consistency in talent acquisition and improving candidate experience and quality of hire. Prior to this, Nontobeko held various HR management roles at Anglo American Platinum from January 2007 to January 2020, including Senior HR Manager: Talent & People Development, HR Manager Transformation & Recruitment, HR Manager Talent Management, and HR Coordinator Talent Management, contributing to strategic direction in talent management, recruitment, and transformation initiatives.
