Richard Burt has extensive work experience in various roles. Richard worked at Angling Direct PLC from 2016 to present, starting as an Inventory Analyst before becoming the Head of Projects. Richard also served as an Interim Warehouse Operations Manager. Prior to that, they worked at Validus-IVC Ltd as a Claims Analyst in 2015. From 2002 to 2015, they were the Trading & Merchandising Manager at Norwich City Football Club, where they played a senior role in compiling and analyzing sales reports and identifying future buying requirements.

Richard Burt attended Sprowston High School from 1991 to 1997. After completing high school, they pursued higher education and obtained a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Media Studies from City College Norwich, from 1999 to 2001. Finally, Richard attended the University of Worcester from 2001 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Media and Cultural Studies.
