Megan Hardwick currently serves as the Children & Young Persons Practice Leader at Anglicare Victoria, a position held since June 2019, focusing on therapeutic support for children and young persons affected by family violence. Previous roles at Anglicare Victoria include Team Leader for TRAK Forward Inner Gippsland and Senior Practitioner as a Therapeutic Key Worker, along with various acting team leadership positions addressing adolescent family violence and therapeutic recovery. Earlier experience includes working as a Client Support Officer at Family Safety Victoria. Megan Hardwick holds a Graduate Certificate in Developmental Trauma from the Australian Childhood Foundation and is pursuing a Bachelor of Social Work at the University of New England, with a Diploma of Community Services from TAFE Gippsland already achieved.
