Cassandra has extensive experience in the health and social services sector, including leading and supporting significant transformation, moving organisations to operational and financial maturity. She has a breadth of experience through supporting major clients in her senior roles with leading consultancies Arthur Anderson and KPMG, both within Australia and globally, and as a partner at KordaMentha. More recently, Cassandra was the Chief Financial Officer at Northern Beaches Hospital.

Cassandra has a Master of Leadership, Theology and Society from Regent College Vancouver and is a council member of St Luke's Grammar School. She is an active member of Manly Life Baptist Church.
