Michelle Thomas is a highly experienced professional in the field of community aged and disability services. Currently serving as Service Manager at Anglicare Southern Queensland since November 2019, a role preceded by Service Manager positions at Blue Care and Centacare Brisbane. Michelle has extensive expertise in managing services for individuals with disabilities, including leading business strategies and support coordination as Regional Manager at Multicap Limited. Academic contributions include lecturing at La Trobe University, complemented by a Master’s Degree in Special Education and Teaching. With a solid foundation in education dating back to 1990, Michelle has dedicated a significant portion of the career to supporting individuals with severe intellectual disabilities and promoting inclusive practices within educational settings.
