Jennifer Donovan is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Manager of Leadership, Culture, and Engagement at Anglicare Southern Queensland since November 2019. Previously, Jennifer worked at the Department of the Premier and Cabinet (Queensland) from February 2015 to November 2019 as a Principal Human Resource Consultant, focusing on organisational culture and change strategies to improve employee engagement. Prior to that, Jennifer held roles at the Department of Transport and Main Roads from June 2007 to January 2015, where responsibilities included leading research for strategic HR initiatives and managing organisational redesign. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Canterbury, earned between 2001 and 2004.
