Quality Assurance And Improvement Lead (children, Youth, And Families) at Anglicare Southern Queensland

Danielle Williamson has a diverse work experience in the social work field. Danielle started their career as a Child Protection Worker at Child Protection Services in 2007 and then transitioned to a role as a Social Worker at Tasmanian Polytechnic in 2010, where they provided course and vocational counseling as well as general counseling and student support. In the same year, they also began working as an Early Years Specialist/Youth Support at Anglicare Tasmania Inc, where they provided trauma-informed counseling and support to individuals and families. In 2017, Danielle joined Anglicare Southern Queensland as a Senior Recovery Worker, where they utilized trauma-informed practice and recovery principles to provide client-centered support in a residential setting. Danielle then took on the role of Foster and Kinship Care Coordinator in both the Logan and Brisbane Programs. Most recently, Danielle served as the Quality Assurance and Improvement Lead (Children, Youth, and Families) at Anglicare Southern Queensland, driving and implementing best practice quality management systems and programs aligned with organizational standards and legislative requirements.

Danielle Williamson has a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the University of Tasmania, which they obtained from 2003 to 2006. Danielle later pursued a Professional Honors in Human Service Practice from the same university from 2013 to 2015. In 2018 to 2019, Danielle obtained a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from Inspire Education. Danielle recently completed a Graduate Certificate in Data Analytics in 2021 from the Melbourne Institute of Technology, specializing in Information Technology.
