Fr. Ricky McCarl serves as the Vicar/Pastor at Good Shepherd Anglican Church in Harrisburg since 2020 and is a Priest within the Anglican Church in North America since June 2016. Fr. McCarl is also a church planter in Westminster, Maryland, and holds a Master of Divinity (M.Div.) in Theology/Theological Studies from Missio Seminary (2012-2014). Additionally, Fr. McCarl completed studies at the American Academy McAllister Institute of Funeral Service (2015-2016) and earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Bible/Biblical Studies from Lancaster Bible College | Capital Seminary & Graduate School (2006-2010).
