Andrea Almira is a skilled recruitment professional with extensive experience in technical recruiting and people operations. Currently serving as a Technical Recruiter at Angkas since April 2023, Andrea previously worked at Coins.ph from July 2021 to April 2023, where responsibilities included end-to-end cross-border recruitment for technical roles. Prior to that, employment at IBM spanned from February 2019 to July 2021, initially as a Recruiter focusing on candidate generation and later as a Recruitment Coordinator overseeing interview scheduling and offer management.
