André Couillard, MBA, serves as the President of Procom Quebec Inc. since May 1999, focusing on helping companies in Information and Communications Technology (ICT) to identify and acquire necessary talent. André previously held the role of Vice-President, Eastern Canada, where two consulting/staffing operations were established, generating $190 million in annual sales and overseeing a workforce of 1,200 professionals. With a proven track record in recruitment, André has also contributed as an Assistant Managing Director and in various positions across reputable companies like CDI Information Services and Quantum. André's commitment to professional development is evident through active memberships in organizations such as Anges Québec and ACSESS. Academic qualifications include a BCom from the University of Toronto, an Executive MBA from Concordia University, and ongoing studies in SME governance at Université Laval.
