Paul Pajo currently serves as the OIC Director and Incubation Management Head at Benilde HiFi, where responsibilities include oversight of the Technology Business Incubator. As a co-founder and founding board member of Embiggen Consulting, Paul focuses on innovation strategy and digital transformation for emerging markets. Additionally, Paul holds positions as a private angel investor and limited partner in various early-stage funds, including Behind Genius Ventures and Backend Capital. Paul is also a board member at Plentina, a financial services company aimed at the emerging middle class, and serves as a startup advisor for Cognity Labs, a pre-seed incubator for AI and data startups. As the local ambassador for AngelHack in Manila and the CEO and co-founder of Coconut.ph, Paul actively promotes innovation and entrepreneurship within the region. Paul’s educational background includes a BSCS-CT degree from De La Salle University and a certificate in Full Stack Web Development from Free Code Camp.
