Kellie Kainer, MSN, RNC-NIC, C-ELBW, NE-BC, CNML, is the Co-Founder of Everest Consulting Partners, LLC. Prior to this, Kellie worked at Texas Children's Hospital since 2002, holding various leadership positions in the NICU. Kellie also serves as a NICU Designation Nurse Surveyor for the American Academy of Pediatrics and has experience working as a Registered Nurse in Newborn Nursery and NICU settings. Kellie holds a MSN in Leadership and Management from Walden University and a BSN from The University of Texas Medical Branch.
