Andrew Limb is an experienced organisational development professional currently serving as the Organisational Design & Development Lead at Angel Trains Limited since March 2022, where involvement in senior leadership focuses on enhancing people and team performance, as well as shaping business culture and strategy. Previously, Andrew was a Principal Consultant & Client Partner at PSI Services LLC, managing a portfolio of international accounts and delivering impactful consulting solutions for prestigious clients including the NHS and Marks & Spencer. Other roles include Senior Talent Partner at Dyson, where efforts concentrated on talent management and global performance initiatives, and Senior Consultant at DPA Management Consulting, working closely with high-profile clients on organizational development projects. Andrew began career in the British Army as a Commissioned Officer, ultimately earning an MBA from Nottingham University Business School and a Post Graduate Certificate in Coaching from the University of Gloucestershire.
