Laura Gryzich Carswell, CWPC, serves as the Benefits & Audit Manager at Angel Oak Companies since February 2022, focusing on the development and management of national benefits programs that enhance employee wellness. Prior to this role, Laura held various positions including Finance, Shared Services, and Payroll at Oldcastle APG, and Payroll and Benefits Manager at Angel Oak Companies from 2016 to 2019, where oversight of payroll and benefits in a complex multi-entity setting was key. An extensive background in the insurance sector includes roles as a Licensed Insurance Agent at FLD Insurance, Inc. and Operations Manager at PayPlus LLC, where Laura consulted on wellness benefits and payroll solutions. Additional experience includes stints as a Women's Lacrosse Official for US Lacrosse and positions in financial research and public relations early in the career. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Management from Florida State University.
