Micheal Alexander serves as a Compliance Officer at Angel Oak Capital and is responsible for aiding the Legal and Compliance teams in implementing the firm’s compliance program for private funds, registered funds, and managed accounts. Prior to Angel Oak, Micheal was the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) at a registered investment adviser where he was responsible for overseeing the compliance culture, investment operations, trading compliance, and the regulatory environment.

Micheal is a graduate of The University of West Florida with a B.A. in Public Relations and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA).
