Alok Rathore worked at Angel Broking from 2011 to 2019, initially as a Relationship Manager in wealth management and later as the Sales & Strategy Head for third-party distribution. Alok also worked as the National Head for third-party distribution at Monarch Networth Capital Ltd from 2017 to 2019.

Alok Rathore pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Organizational Leadership from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) from 2022 to 2023. Additionally, Alok Rathore obtained certification in Master of Business Administration (Working Executives) from NMIMS Global in July 2023.
