Konstantin Gaychenya

Konstantin Gaychenya has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning across various companies and roles. Starting in 2001, they worked as an Appraisal Engineer at Epsylon. In 2002, they joined M-RCB as a Consultant, specializing in logistics, retail, warehousing, and projects. From 2002 to 2006, they worked at R&K Consulting as a Senior Consultant and Presale Consultant, focusing on supply and demand chain management using PeopleSoft(JD Edwards) EnterpriseOne.

In 2006, Konstantin became a Senior SCM Consultant and Presale Consultant at i2 CIS, where they sold and implemented i2 products for planning and forecast, as well as optimization of strategic networks. Konstantin then moved on to SGS Project in 2007, working as a Project Manager and Business Development Manager, managing project budgets, risks, and implementation teams.

From 2010 to 2012, Konstantin worked at CROC as a Senior Consultant, primarily involved in presale activities for SCM, EAM, and WMS solutions. Konstantin joined KPMG in 2011 as a Senior Consultant, specializing in business transformation strategy, IT sourcing strategy, and SAP implementation projects for several Oil&Gas companies.

In 2012, Konstantin joined IBM as a Senior Consultant, where they focused on IT strategy, business transformation strategy, IT sourcing strategy, and implementing IBM and SAP products for clients. Konstantin worked on R&D projects in Upstream areas for a major Russian Oil&Gas company and developed IT transformation strategies for international Oil&Gas companies.

In 2021, Konstantin was appointed as the Head of the System Analysis and IT Project Management Department at Yandex, responsible for overseeing system analysis and managing IT projects. Most recently, they joined Angara Global in 2022 as a Digital Transformation Officer.

Konstantin Gaychenya completed their Master's degree in Chemical Physics from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT) from 1995 to 2001. Konstantin then pursued further education and obtained another Master's degree in Economics from the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation between 2002 and 2005.
