Tom Wales is an experienced professional in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as Senior Project Manager for Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) at Anesco Ltd since January 2019. Previously, Tom held various roles at Anesco, including ESS Operations Manager and Regional Operations Manager, and worked as a Solar and ESS Service Engineer from July 2017 to December 2019. Prior to joining Anesco, Tom was an Independent Business Owner at TW Installations for a decade, specializing in electrical engineering and HVAC contracting with an emphasis on renewable energies and energy storage. Earlier in Tom's career, from June 2005 to September 2007, Tom worked as Chief Electrician for BP and GA Sabin Construction Ltd, overseeing electrical installations and maintenance projects while supervising multiple tradesmen. Education was completed at Shipton on Stour Community School.
