Tomer Zait has worked in the technology industry since 2018. Tomer began their career at Siemplify as a QA Engineer and Scrum Master, where they were responsible for tracking development processes and providing clear visibility to team leaders, VP R&D, and CTO. Tomer also led the transition from Windows to Linux OS. In addition, they served as the Technical Project Manager, leading the implementation of Agile (Scrum) methodology and covering PMO & Release manager roles. Tomer also led the R&D's restructuring, moving from domain teams to squads. In 2021, they moved to anecdotes as a Product Manager.

Tomer Zait attended Reichman University (IDC Herzliya) from 2015 to 2018.
