Erica Cotton Schwar currently serves as the Manager of the Customer Success Team at Anecdotes since July 2024. Prior to this role, Erica held various positions at ZenGRC from October 2018 to July 2024, culminating as the Sr Manager of the Technical Customer Success Team. Earlier experience includes roles at Pinterest in Sales Operations, GuideSpark in Revenue Development, and an Account Manager position at Humanity. The professional journey began with a Health Education Internship at Kaiser Permanente in the summer of 2014. Erica holds a Bachelor's Degree in Public Health Policy and Management from Oregon State University, earned between 2010 and 2014.
