Wiebe van den Elshout serves as the CEO and Directeur of Andus Group, an international holding company with independent subsidiaries in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Sweden, and Slovakia, since July 2010. Prior to this role, Wiebe held the position of Concern Directeur Business Banking at Van Lanschot Bankiers from October 1998 to June 2010, and worked as an Accountmanager Business Banking at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. from January 1992 to September 1998. Educational qualifications include a degree from H.E.A.O. CE earned between 1987 and 1991, and ongoing studies at INSEAD since 2008.
