Paul M. Hill currently serves as the Prime Contract Program Manager for the US Army Rapid Capabilities & Critical Technologies Office at Radiance Technologies, overseeing a significant workforce and numerous subcontractors. With extensive experience in program management, Hill has held previous positions as a Senior Program Analyst and Subject Matter Expert for the Army's High Power Microwave Counter Small Unmanned Aerial System program at both Radiance Technologies and KBR, Inc. Earlier roles include Senior Director of Operations and Programs at Day & Zimmermann, and Senior Manager for Missile Defense Agency programs at SAIC. Hill's military career spans nearly three decades, culminating as a Colonel in the US Army with leadership roles in various capacities, including Project Manager for Maneuver Ammunition Systems and Chief of Contracting Office at Army Contracting Command Redstone. Education includes degrees in Business Administration and Management from Kansas State University, Project Management from Syracuse University, and studies at the Defense Acquisition University.
