Jacob Wetzel is an experienced professional in human factors engineering, currently serving as the Human Systems Integration Lead at Anduril Industries since January 2024. Prior to this role, Jacob held positions at Illumina as a Senior Human Factors Engineer and Medtronic as a Principal Human Factors Engineer. Previous experience includes roles at Illumina, Pacific Science & Engineering, General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, SPAWAR, and Basic Commerce and Industries, Inc., with a career in human factors engineering beginning in 2005. Jacob's academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Applied Experimental Psychology with a Human Factors emphasis and an M.S. in Experimental Psychology, both from Central Michigan University.
