Arielle Darling, MCCT, currently serves as Assistant Vice President and Senior Training Specialist at Androscoggin Bank since May 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing staff training and development initiatives. Previously, Arielle worked at Community Partners, Inc. as a Training & Organizational Development Specialist, focusing on comprehensive staff training for various certifications and updated multimedia coursework. Prior roles at Martin's Point Health Care involved coordinating new employee onboarding and leading process improvements in recruitment and learning functions, along with training new employees in member services. Arielle's career began at ING Group, where responsibilities included mentoring and creating training materials for participant services. Currently pursuing a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Adult Education & Training and Psychology at St. Joseph's College, with prior education at Southern New Hampshire University.
