Maria (Loli) Nardi is a seasoned consultant, manager, and project leader with extensive experience in software development and project management. At Conectium Limited since December 2014, Maria has successfully led the development of the SINAPSIS electronic health record platform, overseeing team selection, training, and project execution under uncertain conditions. As the director of Crea y Comparte CA in Caracas since September 2008, Maria focuses on educational gifts and learning activities for children. Previously, at Corporación Andina de Fomento CAF, Maria managed software development projects, including the SIGAS initiative related to environmental credit compliance. Additional experience includes project consultancy with CONAPRI, collaborating on a PNUD investment project in Valdez municipality. Maria holds a Master of Science in Public Policy and Management of Information Systems from Carnegie Mellon University and a degree in Economics from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello.
