Pilar Morales Costa is a Project Manager and Scrum Master at Andromeda Latam, where Pilar leads various projects such as Recetevet and Barca Games. Pilar also works as a Functional Business Analyst, collaborating with Product owners to interpret and define business requirements. Previously, Pilar worked as a Process Mining Developer at Globant and a Technical Consultant at gA. Pilar started their career as a History teacher at Escuela de Educación Secundaria after obtaining degrees in History and System Analysis.
