Ufuk Suadiye is an experienced engineering manager with a strong background in maintenance management and engineering. Currently serving at Android Industries since May 2016, Ufuk oversees a team of 9 maintenance staff and is responsible for all maintenance activities in the plant, including budget management and the development of process control programs. Prior to this role, extensive experience as a maintenance engineer at Pirelli spanned from February 2008 to May 2016, where responsibilities included managing maintenance activities for the tire curing section and continuous improvement projects. Ufuk’s career began at Pirelli as an electrical electronic engineer from February 2006 to March 2007, focusing on electric preventive maintenance. Ufuk holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Kocaeli University.
