Cassie Vess, CPA, currently serves as the Assistant Controller at Routeware, Inc., a position held since December 2023. Prior to this role, Cassie accumulated significant experience at Compass East, where responsibilities included Implementation Manager, Stabilization Manager, and Senior Accountant from September 2018 to April 2023. Cassie's earlier career includes roles as Senior Associate and Assurance Associate at Dixon Hughes Goodman LLP from October 2016 to September 2018, as well as a Membership Associate at the YMCA from January 2013 to March 2016. Additionally, Cassie completed an internship at Dixon Hughes Goodman LLP in early 2015. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Appalachian State University, along with studies at the University of North Carolina Wilmington and graduation from Avery County High School in 2011.
