Renee Castellon has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Renee began their career as an Affiliate Marketing Representative at PASS Sports in 1990 and later worked as a Marketing & Communications Manager at Harron Communications from 1995 to 2000. Renee then held the role of Group Marketing Manager at Charter Communications from 2000 to 2001 before transitioning to a Marketing position at SpeedNet from 2001 to 2003. Renee served as the Marketing & Communications Manager at the Midland Community Center from 2004 to 2010 and then sought new opportunities in marketing, communications, or public relations at the Great Lakes Bay Region from 2010 to 2013. Renee concurrently worked as a School Education Coordinator at the Mid Michigan Waste Authority from 2010 to 2013, teaching environmental awareness to elementary and middle school children. Renee's most recent position is as the Communications & Marketing Coordinator at Central Michigan University from 2013 to 2021. Renee currently holds the role of Director of Marketing at Andrews Hooper Pavlik PLC since August 2021.

Renee Castellon pursued their education starting in 1984 at Eastern Michigan University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing & Communications in 1988. Later, in 2017, they enrolled at Central Michigan University and completed a Master of Science in Administration (M.S.A.) degree with a specialization in Philanthropy & Fundraising in 2019.
