John Masterson has a strong background in the credit union industry, with their most recent role being Vice President of Retail Delivery at Andrews Federal Credit Union since February 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Branch Operations at the same company from May 2020 to March 2023. Before joining Andrews Federal Credit Union, John worked at Apple Federal Credit Union, where they held the positions of Operations Manager from March 2018 to May 2020 and Branch Manager from August 2013 to March 2018.

John Masterson attended the University of Rhode Island from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
