Ashlee Halpin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and event planning. Currently serving as a Program Manager at Andreessen Horowitz since August 2023, Ashlee shapes the future of TxO University while collaborating with founders, mentors, partners, and investors. As Co-Founder and Chief of Staff at Mixtroz from January 2015 to August 2023, Ashlee designed and executed the business strategy for a networking software startup, resulting in significant industry recognition. Previous roles include Director of Events at Strategic Group, where Ashlee expanded luxury brand management in exclusive event planning, and Sr. Events Manager at TAO Group, managing high-profile client projects. Early career experience includes various positions at LRMR VENTURES, LLC, culminating as an Associate. Ashlee holds a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcasting Mass Communications & Public Relations from Baldwin Wallace University.
