Hiten Ooka is a Chartered Accountant (CA) with extensive experience in financial management and leadership across the mining sector. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at both Andrada Mining Limited and AfriTin Mining, Hiten is instrumental in the development of a new tech-metals province in Namibia. Previously, Hiten held the position of Group Head of Finance at Bushveld Minerals, focusing on the transformation of finance, tax, and procurement to align with company growth goals. Other notable positions include Head of Finance at ERG Africa and Group Financial Manager at Trafigura Africa, where Hiten implemented financial controls and managed loan agreements. Hiten's career also includes significant roles at Rand Uranium, KPMG, and Ernst & Young, underpinned by a strong educational foundation in accounting from the University of South Africa and completion of a leadership programme.
