In addition to their academic qualifications, Keith has earned several certifications, including Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in May 2020, Accelerating Change Readiness and Agility from the University of California, Berkeley in March 2018, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)² in August 2010, and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in September 2020. However, there is no information available regarding the timeframe or institution for their ITIL v3 Foundation certification.
