Vandana Chaudhry has significant work experience in various leadership and management roles. Vandana is the Founder & CEO of Andisor since 2021. Vandana also served as an Entrepreneur In Residence at Antler in 2021. Prior to that, they were the Head of Enterprise, Australia at Deliveroo from 2019 to 2020. Vandana has also held positions at Crocs, where they were the Head of Sales & Merchandising, Australia & New Zealand from 2017 to 2019, and the Head of Sales and Business Development, India from 2013 to 2017. Vandana worked as a Senior Brand Manager at Walmart in India from 2010 to 2013. Before that, Vandana was the Cluster Business Head - Online Shopping at Times Internet from 2007 to 2010, and they started their career as a Buyer: Sports and Kids at Bata Group from 2004 to 2007.

Vandana Chaudhry has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Panjab University. Vandana also holds a Masters in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from the Army Institute of Management, Kolkata.
