Skylar Varone Chenard, CDSP has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Starting in 2016, Skylar worked as a Loan Specialist Intern at OneMain Financial, where they assisted clients in obtaining loans and emphasized exceptional customer service. In the same year, Skylar also served as a Health and Sustainability Coordinator for the University of Central Florida's Student Government Association, collaborating with different organizations to enhance students' experiences through events and funding initiatives. In 2018, Skylar joined TEKsystems as a Sourcing Specialist and later became a National Recruiter, specializing in technology roles and utilizing a wide range of skills and technologies. In 2021, they transitioned to Andiamo Partners as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, involved in full life cycle recruitment and placement of technology professionals. Currently, Skylar is working as a Technical Recruiter at Mastercard, utilizing their expertise in talent acquisition.

Skylar Varone Chenard, CDSP has a strong educational background in finance and business. From 2014 to 2018, Skylar attended the University of Central Florida, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Finance. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2014, Skylar completed their GED at Charlotte High School.

In addition to their formal education, Skylar also holds additional certifications. In August 2021, they obtained the certification of Certified Professional in Supplier Diversity (CPSD) from Sourcing Training and Certifications. Furthermore, in April 2021, Skylar completed a course on Unconscious Bias offered by LinkedIn.
