Michael Guberman, CDSP has held various roles throughout their work experience. Michael started their career as an intern at J&M Strategic Consulting Inc. in 2018. In 2019, they worked as a research assistant at the University of Massachusetts Boston. From 2020 to 2021, they worked at Softworld, first as a technical recruiter and later as a delivery manager. In 2021, they joined Andiamo Partners as a talent acquisition specialist, where they were responsible for end-to-end recruitment, candidate and hiring leader relationship management, market data insights, and standard operating procedure creation. Within Andiamo Partners, they also worked with Northwestern Mutual as a talent acquisition specialist, partnering with hiring leaders to staff critical initiatives across various divisions. Currently, as of 2022, they are working as a technical talent acquisition specialist at Palantir Technologies.

Michael Guberman, CDSP completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at UMass Boston from 2016 to 2019.
