Tom Blue has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Tom is currently serving as the SVP of Healthcare at AndHealth, a company that focuses on personalized disease reversal. Prior to that, they were a Strategic Advisor at The Institute for Functional Medicine, where they contributed to educating healthcare practitioners in functional medicine. Tom also co-founded VirtualPractices, an organization that supports healthcare practitioners in redesigning their practices for the COVID era. Tom has also worked as a Founding Partner at OvationLab and as a Managing Partner at Accelerated Growth Partners, demonstrating their leadership and entrepreneurial skills. Tom co-founded DestinyWell, a company dedicated to providing resources and expert direction for people engaged in their own health and wellness. Tom was also involved in the development of LivingMatrix, an application for functional medicine practitioners that streamlined patient information and improved patient care. Tom co-founded LeadHealth, a company that enabled employers and health plans to implement functional medicine as a cost-effective approach. Tom has also served as the Chief Strategy Officer at the American Academy of Private Physicians and co-founded n1Health, an organization focused on transforming healthcare through private medicine.

Tom Blue attended Randolph-Macon College from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business & Economics.
