Matías Duhart has worked in various roles since 2010. In 2010, they worked as an Asistente de Gestión (Práctica) at Worldwide Security S.A. In 2011, they worked as a Management Consultant at Andueza Patrimonios. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at various companies, first as a Financial Analyst at Econsult Asset Management, then as an Analyst and Project Evaluator at Acuícola Alas S.A. (Family Office), and finally as an Analista Senior de Inversiones at Inversiones Los Lagos (Family Office). Most recently, in 2019, they Co-Founded and launched a Toronto-based, tech-enabled Property Management and Real Estate investments firm, Andes STR, where they were the Co-Founder and CIO. Matías created the company and product vision, mission, and values, designed the brand, marketing materials, website presence, and pricing strategy, hired and developed a team of 12, and led early sales efforts. Matías also designed and managed the two main products/services, set main metrics and OKRs, and monitored progress.

Matías Duhart completed their Ingeniero Comercial in Business Administration and Investments from Universidad de los Andes in Chile in 2012. Matías then went on to attend The New England School of English in Boston in 2012, where they earned an English as a Second Language certification in English, Business English, and TOEFL.
