Lisa Downes has extensive experience in property management and real estate operations. Currently serving as General Manager and Senior Property Manager at Anderson Real Estate since September 2015, Lisa previously held the position of Vice President of Property Operations at Arden Realty, Inc., overseeing a significant portfolio in Southern California. Earlier in Lisa's career at CBRE, management responsibilities included a range of commercial office properties and retail centers. Educational qualifications include an RPA Designation from BOMA, a California Real Estate License, and a degree from California State University, Northridge.
