Jaime Lamb has a diverse work experience starting from 2002. They worked as an Assistant Manager at Petro Express, where they supervised employees and managed daily paperwork. From 2005 to 2006, they worked as a File Clerk at Coleman Talley LLP, assisting with filing and document organization. They then served as an Office Manager at Baucom's Grading LLC from 2006 to 2010, handling administrative tasks and assisting with project management. From 2010 to 2014, they worked at Price Brothers Inc as an Estimator, responsible for warehouse support, estimating, quotes, and customer billing. They also developed strong relationships with builders and vendors. In 2015, they briefly worked as a Purchasing/Estimating Administrator at Eastwood Homes. In 2017, they served as a Lead Customer Service Representative at Circle K, assisting customers and managing store orders. In the same year, they also worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist at Badger's Sportswear, where they inspected garments and performed printing tasks. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Laboratory Technician at Bartlett and Company. Most recently, they worked as a Retail Merchandiser at CROSSMARK from 2020 to 2021 and are currently working as a Territory Sales Lead at Anderson Merchandisers since May 2023.

Jaime Lamb attended Central Piedmont Community College from 2001 to 2002. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at North Mecklenburg High School in 2000.
