Art Papineau has extensive work experience in various industries. Art currently holds the position of Commercial Director at Anderson International Corp. Prior to that, they were the Director of Operations at the same company. Before joining Anderson International Corp, Art worked as an XLR8 Alpine Racing Coach at Vail Resorts, where they were responsible for developing alpine ski racers. Art also served as a Board Member at XLR8 Alpine Racing. Art has experience in the manufacturing industry as well, having worked as a Master Scheduler and Growth Projects Manager at Foseco, Foundry Division of Vesuvius. Art has also held the position of Product Manager at Aclara and State Industrial Products. Earlier in their career, Art worked at STERIS as a Product Manager and at PolyOne as a Senior Product Manager. Art'swork experience also includes roles at Lincoln Electric as a Cycle Count Coordinator, Product Manager, and Customer Training Manager. Art started their career as a Branch Manager at BOC Gases.

Art Papineau attended St. Mary's from 1977 to 1986, where they completed their Grade School education. Art then went on to Benet Academy from 1986 to 1990, where they earned a High School degree. After completing high school, they attended Purdue University from 1990 to 1994 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering. Later on, from 2001 to 2003, they pursued further education at the University of Phoenix, earning a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General.
