Hays Ward possesses a diverse background in sales and account management, currently serving in a dual role of Commercial Sales and Account Technician at Anderson Insurance Associates since June 2022. Prior experience includes positions as a Sales Associate at Seacoast Supply and an Inside Sales Representative at Wacco, Inc., where responsibilities included providing quotes and recommendations from various manufacturers. Hays also demonstrated leadership skills as a Maintenance Supervisor at The Anderson Group, overseeing over 150 properties in the greater Spartanburg area. Hays earned a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from the George Dean Johnson Jr. School of Business and Economics at the University of South Carolina Upstate, and previously attended the University of South Carolina.
