Troy Spargo is an experienced project manager with a strong background in construction management. Currently serving as a Project Manager at ANDERSON HOWARD since June 2018, Troy has previously held roles as an Assistant Project Manager and Senior Project Engineer at Helix Electric, where responsibilities focused on the Industrial Construction Division for the Orange County Sanitation District. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Manager at Howe Electric Construction, Inc. and as an intern. Troy holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management from California State University, Fresno, earned between 2009 and 2014.
