Erin Strayer has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Erin began their career as a Research Intern at Spafford House Museum in 2014, where they conducted office work and performed tours. Erin then worked as an Electrician at Tradesmen International and Green life volunteers in 2014 and 2016, respectively. Erin also worked as an STNA at Interim HealthCare Inc. from 2012 to 2014. Following that, they served as a Server at Texas Roadhouse and a CNA at Ohio Living from 2016 to 2019. Erin then transitioned into the education field, working as a Preschool Teacher at LeafSpring School at Geist in 2019 and a 2nd Grade Teacher at Valley Grove School District from 2020 to 2022. Most recently, they worked as a Horseback Riding Instructor at Lucky Pastures in 2021 and is currently employed as an Elementary School Teacher at Anderson Community Schools.

Erin Strayer completed their Bachelor's Degree in Sociology at Bowling Green State University between 2009 and 2015. In 2012, they obtained a State-tested Nursing Assistant Certificate from Care4you2. Currently, Erin is pursuing a Teacher in Training degree in Education at Taylor University, which they are expected to complete by 2022.
