Karyna Maliborskaya has a diverse work experience. Karyna started their career as an Associate Sales Consultant at CJSC "Belarusian Telecommunications Network" in 2018. In 2019, they worked as a Quality Control Engineer at Bastek Coffee & Tea. From 2020 onwards, they joined Andersen Lab, initially as a Researcher and later transitioned to the roles of IT Sourcer and IT Lead Sourcer.

Karyna Maliborskaya obtained their Bachelor of Economics degree in Logistics from Polotsk State University from 2015 to 2019. Additionally, they obtained an Advanced English certification from the same institution in 2019.
