Eugene Layenko is an experienced delivery manager currently working at Andersen Lab since September 2020, where previous roles included assistant delivery manager and IT project manager. Prior to this, Eugene served as an armed forces officer at the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Belarus from August 2010 to September 2020, focusing on command and control and personnel management. Eugene holds a bachelor's degree in management from the Military Academy of the Republic of Belarus, obtained between 2010 and 2015.
